Due to continuing education. We will require that all dogs have a bath with their grooms. As a dirty coat is very hard on the dog, as well as our tools. We want to be able to provide a comfortable groom from beginning to end.

We also require payment at the time of drop off. Payment can be made either by Venmo. Cash or check.

*ATTENTION CUSTOMERS*

Due to reoccurring incidences. We are NOT a same day drop-off facility. We are an in-home care business. If you have not contacted either of us to make or confirm an appointment, for any services, we will not accept same day drop-off services.

Due to an influx of appointments and clients. We will need a reasonable amount of time prior to any services you will need. Mainly boarding and dog walking. For the schedules and appointments you are looking for.

When confirming appointments. We will contact clients prior, to confirm dates, times and details we have written down. If you have any changes that are not relayed back to us within the given time allotted, we will have no choice but to give your time slot or dates to another client. We wish to respect your needs and your dogs needs, by being able to confirm appointments, and following through with them.

Due to a recent attempt at scamming. We DO NOT take mailed checks. We also do not accept digital photos of checks or cashier’s checks in order to pay PRIOR to grooming appointments. All payments for grooming are acceptable at drop off or expected at pick up.

As of May 1st, we will be opening our outdoor area for grooming. Providing all the sun rays and warmer weather, for a great experience for your wonderful dog. While not feeling confined to building, they will enjoy their groom much better!
